Gromi vs Replika

Gromi is different from Replika because it is built around personal memory and reflection, not romance, roleplay, or simulated human attachment. Replika is known as an AI companion chatbot with relationship-oriented use cases. Gromi uses companion language differently: the companion listens, remembers what you said, notices patterns, and grows through repeated captures. It should feel warm, but it should not pretend to be a human partner or therapist. The product is closer to a mind pet plus voice-first second brain: it has moods and stages, but the purpose is helping you understand your own thoughts over time. If you want romance or roleplay, Gromi is intentionally the wrong product. If you want a private companion that remembers your ideas, loops, and context, that is the point.
