How to get help with Gromi
Email us
The fastest way to reach the Gromi team is by email at info@bygen-ai.com. We read every message and reply within 48 hours, usually sooner.
To help us help you faster, please include your iOS version, your Gromi app version (Settings → About), and a short description of what you were doing when the issue happened. Screenshots are welcome.
What we can help with
- Technical issues — crashes, sync problems, captures not transcribing, audio playback issues, anything that does not behave the way the app suggests it should.
- Account help — sign-in problems, deleting your account, exporting your data, changing the email on your account.
- Billing and subscriptions — subscription questions, trial expiration, downgrade or upgrade. Subscriptions are processed by Apple, so refunds must go through Apple's Report a Problem page. We can help you with everything else.
- Privacy and data — questions about what data we collect, how to delete it, or how to exercise your rights under GDPR or CCPA. Privacy-specific requests can also be sent directly to privacy@bygen-ai.com.
- Feedback and feature requests — what you wish Gromi did, what feels slow, what would make it indispensable. Real user feedback shapes what we ship next.
Response time
We aim to reply within 48 hours. Privacy and account-deletion requests are usually answered within 24 hours. If you have not heard back within five days, please re-send your message — it may have been caught by a spam filter.
Apple-specific help
Refunds, subscription cancellation, and payment disputes are handled by Apple, not by Gromi. To manage or cancel your subscription, open the App Store, tap your profile, then Subscriptions. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
