How to get help with Gromi

The fastest way to reach the Gromi team is by email at info@bygen-ai.com. We read every message and reply within 48 hours, usually sooner.

To help us help you faster, please include your iOS version, your Gromi app version (Settings → About), and a short description of what you were doing when the issue happened. Screenshots are welcome.

What we can help with

Response time

We aim to reply within 48 hours. Privacy and account-deletion requests are usually answered within 24 hours. If you have not heard back within five days, please re-send your message — it may have been caught by a spam filter.

Apple-specific help

Refunds, subscription cancellation, and payment disputes are handled by Apple, not by Gromi. To manage or cancel your subscription, open the App Store, tap your profile, then Subscriptions. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
